In the coral reefs around the world, reef sharks are some of the largest predators, or hunters. They search the reef for small fish to eat and sometimes hunt together in groups. A group of sharks is called a pack.

There are different species of reef sharks, for example grey reef shark, blacktip reef shark and whitetip reef shark. These sharks are very common in the coral reefs in the warm Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean.
