1. First you need to download Google Desktop @ http://desktop.google.com/
2. Install Google Desktop by following the instructions on screen
3. Download Enfo's Google Gadget to a known location
4. Double click on the downloaded file (ENFO_Gadget_RSS_2.0.gg) and select OK
