Sir Charles Russell

Charles Arthur Russell, Baron Russell of Killowen, (10th November, 1832 - 10th August, 1900) was an Irish statesman of the 19th century.

In his career he proved himself a masterful  lawyer, judge, and parliamentarian. 

He also maintained strong loyalty to his Catholic faith and to Ireland. 

It is testament to his character that he managed this and achieved widespread popularity in England too.
