RDS Library

The [Royal] Dublin Society was founded in 1731.  It promotes Agriculture, the Arts, Industry and Science.  The Library contains a very comprehensive collection of almost a quarter of a million books, together with archival material dating back to its foundation.  There is a spacious, well-lit reading area. Access to non-members by arrangement only.
