This July, to celebrate Dublin City of Science 2012, Phase Four of the exhibition Particles of the Past will showcase a fascinating selection of science-related gems. From 17th century home remedies to early archaeological drawings to Captain Cook’s journal, this exhibition is sure to awaken your inner Einstein.

The NPA opens a two part exhibition within this years PhotoIreland Festival’s theme “Migrations: Diaspora and Cultural Identity”. We are proud to present a joint exhibition of David Monahan’s Leaving Dublin and Maurice Gunning’s Argentine Irish Diaspora at the National Photographic Archive in Temple Bar. Following on from this we exhibit Seán Hilen’s works on Cultural identity in Northern Ireland in the 1970’s.
