Knowledge Systems Manager, Mahon Hayes Curran

Opportunity to join the Knowledge team at Mahon Hayes Curran.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Systems Manager to join the Knowledge team at Mahon Hayes Curran. You will report to the Director of Knowledge and be responsible for developing, upgrading, managing and delivering Knowledge resources, systems and enabling tools for fee solicitors in all practice areas. The Knowledge Systems Manager also provides a key liaison role between the firms Knowledge Department, IT Department, Marketing Department, Library and solicitors.

Desired Skills & Experience Mahon Hayes Surran are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management professional with outstanding communications skills and experience of Knowledge Management within a legal or professional services environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic, independent thinker with a genuine passion for Knowledge Management and a proven track record of designing, implementing, managing and delivery successful projects on time within budget.

A high level of computer literacy skills and an ability to manage IT issues with experience of using SharePoint and knowledge management systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of HTML coding and use of Macromedia would be advantageous. The ideal candidate has a minimum of degree level qualification in Library or Information Management, IT, Computer Science, Multi-Media or another legal qualification at degree level.
