Knowledge Management Administrator // via Link Personnel


Top Legal Firm based in Dublin City is looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Administrator

Link Personnel's Client, a Top Legal Firm based in the heart of Dublin City, is looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Administrator to join their Information Department. This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start. Based in Dublin 2.

Duties:

  • Administration and maintenance of Knowledge Management System (KMS)
     
  • Loading and preparation of new documents for inclusion on KMS
     
  • Maintenance of collections of documents and resources on KMS
     
  • Work closely with Knowledge Managers on continuous improvement projects related to the Knowledgebase Assist in the selection and implementation of new systems
     
  • Support training initiatives related to how to use the Knowledgebase
     
  • Liaise with external suppliers and IT in relation to system fixes and upgrades
     
  • Preparation of reports and audits relating to usage of KMS Ad-hoc office duties

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate/professional services environment
     
  • Have exposure and understanding of Knowledge Management
     
  • Be a good communicator Have strong attention to detail
     
  • Have excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Demonstrate knowledge of document management systems such as Hummingbird DM, Worksite
     
  • Demonstrate ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
     
  • Have flexible approach to work

Salary for this role is 32-35k +Benefits.
