New sistership for NAPLE Sister Libraries Programme

Congratulations to Meath County Libraries, recently incorporated into the NAPLE Sister Libraries Programme, which has formed a sistership with Liminka Municipal Library (Finland)! It is the first sister library for both of them.

With these two new sisterships, NAPLE Sister Libraries has reached 28 sisterships among European libraries.
