Job Title: Curator of East Asian Collections

Grade: Assistant Keeper Grade I

Starting Salary: €51,781 (incremental salary scale applies)

Reports to: Head of Collections

Location: Chester Beatty Library, Dublin Castle, Dublin, Ireland

Summary Job Purpose:

To lead the East Asian Collections area of the Library and to implement its strategic priorities; to engage with relevant research communities; to understand user needs and reflect them in content development and interpretation. The CBL is a collegial organisation and the holder of the post will be expected to work in close consultation with his/her professional colleagues.
