Vacancy: Cataloguing/ Metadata Creation

Project from mid-October to mid-December

LAC Group are seeking people with Archives and/or Library qualifications, who are experienced in Cataloguing/Metadata Creation, to assist with a cataloguing/metadata creation project, working on a variety of material types in Dublin, Ireland. This project is anticipated to run from 15 October 2013 for a period of approximately 10 weeks and must be completed before 21 December 2013. The team assigned to the project must be experienced librarians and archivists who have extensive cataloguing experience A good knowledge of 19th-20th century Irish history is essential for all team members and previous experience with the Virtual library management system will be an advantage. Applicants must be located in the Dublin area for the duration of the project.
