Another new library has joined the Napel Sister Libraries programme, the fifth Spanish library this year!

With a population of 8,900, El Molar is a town situated near Madrid. They are hoping to cooperate with  libraries in any European country, particularly those with programs and projects focused on attracting users to the library.
