Get involved with the 2015 Adult Learners' Festival
23rd - 28th February
Organise a local festival event or activity
Throughout the Festival, organisations around the country will organise events in their own area which encourage people to explore their learning options. Adult education providers, community groups, libraries, museums, galleries - anywhere where learning takes place, are all involved. Over 400 events took place during last years' Adult Learners' Festival. By getting involved, you will be part of a national campaign showcasing adult learning.
Organise a local festival event or activity
There has never been a better time to highlight the value of the adult learning sector! Whether you are part of a large national organisation or a small adult learning initiative, your participation will make the festival a nationwide success. In these ever increasing challenging times it is vital that the profile of adult and community education is raised so that the current infrastructure is maintained. AONTAS are encouraging organisations nationwide to hold their own events or activities to mark the Festival. We understand that time and resources are limited so why not join forces with another organisation in your area, hold a small event within your organisation or check out how AONTAS can help:
- Order an Event in a Bag choc full with everything you need to promote your event
- Get in touch with your local contact

- Register your event on the calendar of events
