Events for the week!

Monday 23rd Feb. Launch of 6 book challenge with Delta Centre Carlow. These service users between the ages of 50 and 75 are joining us in Carlow Central Library for the first time ever!!! We are really excited to have them on board and ready to take up the 6 book challenge.

Tuesday 24th Feb. Launch of 6 book challenge with Cairdeas Centre. Service users from the Cairdeas Centre are ready to meet Clodagh and her staff in Tullow Library and give socks to the 6 book challenge.

Wednesday 25th Feb. Launch of 6 book challenge with BEAM Services Centre. Bernie and Breda in the Bagenalstown branch will have the doors wide open to welcome the adult learners from BEAM Services Centre. They are confident that these readers will smash the challenge!!!!!

Learn to distress with Claire and Patricia
Call into Carlow Library on Wednesday 25th February and learn to distress with Claire and Patricia. These ladies from the stillness Holistic Centre in Carlow will show some alternative methods to dealing with stress. Free hand massage included. 2-4pm Shaw Room, Carlow Central Library. Claire and Patricia are trained as a therapist in massage, reflexology, diet and nutrition, meditation and relaxation.
