Launch at the Meath Business Conference and Expo event in the Pillo Hotel, Ashbourne


Meath County Council Library Service recently launched its Business, Enterprise and Employment service at the Meath Business Conference and Expo event in the Pillo Hotel in Ashbourne. Navan library now has superb resources in book form and online and is actively forming partnerships with other relevant services as well as engaging on programmes for start ups and for those seeking business and employment opportunities.

Navan Library is offering free online access to the leading market analysts in Ireland via the Mintel website. Through this website the latest trends in the food, retail, tourism and technology sectors can be tracked. Find out who is buying what, where and when purchases are made and whether customers buy online or in store. Access to this website and to the Irish and UK companies information site, Vision-net, is free.

Library membership, which is also free, is the only requirement to getting started. Late night and Saturday opening hours ensure that researchers can come in at times that suit. The library staff are happy to assist with all aspects of business research.
