Summer Reading Buzz Celebrations in Carlow Library

825 children participated in this years challenge

Over 800 parents and children descended on the Talbot Hotel to celebrate Carlow Library Services annual Summer Reading Challenge.

Entertainment on the night was provided by the hilarious Foil Arms & Hog who had children and adults and library staff rolling in their seats!!!

Certificates of completion, medals and lots of goodies were on hand to thank the parents and children for participating in the ever popular challenge which runs across Carlow Library Service network during July and August every year.

The numbers participating in this Reading challenge have doubled in 3 years and 825 children participated in this years challenge.
