County Carlow Library Services 2015 Children's Book Festival programme provided a suite of free activities across our 4 branches.

The programme contained both school and open family events including a visit by author Dr John Joyce, childrens storytelling, library treasure hunts, Halloween craft workshops and film shows, Horrible History workshops culminating in the grand finale Halloween party called Frankenstein Friday.

Over 600 children attended a range of 25 events across the county with 15 primary schools also attending.
