Vacancy: Sub-Librarian (Reading Room Services & Space), Trinity College Dublin

The Sub-Librarian (Reading Room Services & Space) will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Reading Room Services Section [Berkeley / Lecky / Ussher /Hamilton and John Stearne Medical Libraries]. The post will coordinate manage and lead the activity and services in the Berkeley/ Lecky/ Ussher, and Hamilton Libraries.

S/he will have a particular responsibility for developing new and innovative services to support the evolving needs and expectations of Trinity's academic and student community. The role will develop strategic and operational plans for Reading Room Services and study space, working closely with our customers who use our Libraries as a space for learning, research and collaboration. S/he will need the ability to critically and continuously review services and operations with a view to innovation and change.

The Sub-Librarian (Reading Room Services & Space) will be a member of the Library's Senior Management Team.
