Geological Survey Of Ireland Archives

The GSI has a statutory responsibility as a government body to maintain their geological records and has a respository that forms part of the National Archives. The collection contains items of major historical significance protected from fire and maintained in environmentally controlled conditions for the purposes of long term preservation.
