Ionad Deirbhle

Ionade Deibhle contains exhibits relevant to local folklore, archaeology, local history and documents how rural life has changed since the beginning of the 20th century. The museum is bilingual - presented in both Irish and English. Currach fishing, an activity that dates from very ancient times and the construction of traditional cottages are just two aspects of Mayo that are featured.
