TCAC develops innovative programming that offers a window on the arts. They promote and develop innovative arts programmes that challenge conventional ideas on what is art; ensure equal access to and participation in programmes that engage, encourage, and develop people’s creative potential; promote participative and collaborative arts programming as a tool for learning, social and cultural development; encourage the development of emerging and established artists; provide opportunities for experiential learning and transfer of arts skills; provide opportunities and support to artists to take risks.
