Waterford Port

The strategic location of Waterford Port has always made it very attractive. Early invaders and explorers arrived in Waterford as it is near the south west of England and mainland Europe.

Waterford is a natural harbour, being wide and sheltered from the extremes of the weather making it ideal for trade and shipping.
