Longford swimming pool is situated in the Market Square area of Longford Town. Facilities on offer include swimming lessons from toddlers upwards, aqua-fit aerobics every Wednesday night from 7:45-8:30, class visits for schools, and water safety courses every summer during school holidays.It is also used by members of Longford sub-aqua club and Longford scuba diving clubs mentioned earlier. It contains a sauna and sells a range of swimming accessories.

Its current timetable is:

Monday 3-5pm, 7-9:30pm.

Tuesday 8:15-9am, 10:30-11:15am, 1-1:45pm (adults), 3-3:45pm, 6-6:45pm (adults), 7-7:45pm.

Wednesday 8:15-9am, 3-5pm, 7-7:45pm, 7:45-8:30pm (ladies).

Thursday 8:15-9am, 3-5pm, 6-6:45pm (adults), 7-7:45pm, 7:45-8:30pm, 8:30-9:15pm (adults).

Friday 1-1:45pm (adults), 3-3:45pm (parent&child), 4-4:45pm, 7-7:45pm, 7:45-8:30pm.

Saturday 2-3:30pm, 4-5:30pm, 7-7:45pm.

Sunday 2-3:30pm, 4-5:30pm, 7-7:45pm.
