An Chíb Cheanngheal
Tá duilleoga fada cosúil le bioráin ag an gcíb cheanngheal agus bláthanna atá cosúil le féar ag an mbarr. Fásann sí i dtoim i limistéir níos tirime an phortaigh, agus is gnách di a bheith forleathan i gcodanna atá dóite. Is féidir léi airde de 5-25cm a shroicheadh agus bláthaíonn sí i mBealtaine agus Meitheamh.
Deer Sedge
Deer sedge has long, needle-like leaves with brownish grass-like flowers at the tip. It grows in clumps in drier areas of bog, and tends to dominate in parts that have been burnt. It can reach a height of 25cm and flowers in May and June.
